Returns & Refunds Policy

Duration

Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • It arrived damaged.
  • It is significantly not as described.

Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item and include clear photographs. Due to the unique nature of our artworks, returns for other reasons are generally not accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us with your receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

Do not return any artwork directly to the artist or manufacturer; all returns must be coordinated through us.

Return Location

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return address depending on your location (local, regional, or domestic). Do not ship the artwork back to the artist unless directed otherwise.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Custom or commissioned artworks

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned artwork:

  • We will notify you by email about whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Reach out to your bank regarding processing delays.

If you still haven’t received the refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged or not as described. To request an exchange, please contact us.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.
  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, due to the value of artworks.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted when:

  • The artwork is not returned in its original condition.
  • There is damage not due to our error.
