Chen studied at the Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts in the Department of Decorative Arts in the 1990s. After graduating, he worked across design, media, and public relations before committing full-time to his artistic practice in 2016. Over the years, Chen has developed a highly recognizable visual language, fusing traditional and futuristic elements with decorative and graphic diversity, forming a unique and distinctive artistic style.
