Clients must insure the artwork before rental, and return it in the same condition it was rented in. Insurance costs vary based on artwork price. Any unspecified matters will be resolved by mutual agreement.

Golden Arts respects copyright laws. Rented artworks may be used for personal viewing only and must not be reproduced, distributed, or exhibited without the copyright holder’s permission. Unauthorized use may carry legal consequences.
